CHEF GUSTAVO RINKEVICH
Graduated in Administration of hotel and gastronomic companies at Institute CENCAP in Buenos Aires. He spent more than ten years venturing into Spanish cuisine, where he learned to combine local flavors with avant-garde techniques.
The Argentine chef, passed by renowned restaurants in Europe before coming to live in Brazil. He left ama lur, in Ibiza, where he managed the kitchen for five years to open Rocka in 2009, presenting modern Mediterranean cuisine with Brazilian products.
In 2012 he met chef Mauro Colagreco and was invited to train at his Mirazur restaurant (3 Michelin stars), considered today the number 1 of the best restaurants in the world.
Also in Búzios, Gustavo has his artisanal charcuterie factory, La Choriceria.
Excellent views, incredible sea, divine food and perfect service. One of the best experiences I had in Búzios!

I ate a beetroot HUMMUS too good for starters.
We received a tip to eat “BUCHECHA” FROM ANGUS and it was really worth it!!!

Excellent atmosphere, very well prepared dishes and impeccable presentation.
We ordered a dish with octopus and the other rice with seafood. Dessert milk rice with cinnamon ice cream.
Not to mention that the facilities are in a great place on Brava beach.
