CHEF GUSTAVO RINKEVICH
Born in Argentina and raised in Patagonia, Gustavo Rinkevich built his career between Buenos Aires and kitchens in Spain, France, Italy and Ibiza before coming to Brazil.
In 2009, he fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant by the sea in Búzios. Over nearly 17 years, Rocka has built a story shaped by signature cuisine, carefully selected ingredients, hospitality and a deep connection with the sea.
Today, Gustavo is the origin and culinary signature of Grupo Rocka and leads a new chapter of this journey with RockaFish in Geribá — bringing together Rocka’s legacy and the history of Fishbone.
